Sambal Goreng Jawa!

 I just came back from Teluk Intan where my village at. This time, our family had to go back cause my long distance cousin had his wedding today and I've been not visiting my grandma more than one month.
     The wedding was fully sponsored by one of the uncle therefore all the preparation and the menu for the wedding had been prepared fully by that uncle. The menu is beef kari, ayam goreng berempah, beef sup, arca and fruits for the dessert. But what attracts my attention is that even though we live in year 2012 they still have not forgoten their culture. They still maintain one of Jawa's favourite food in my village Sambal Goreng.
   Its consist of all nutrient full ingredient. It is really a healthy food for everyone. So my advice it was really good if someone want to make this as a diet food. Last but not least, everyone really should have a taste of this sambal goreng cause i promise you will never regret it. huhuhu have a nice day! ^^    -harDoodles-

Nasi Lemak Cik Yah

Finally i can taste nasi lemak cik yah after not tasting it for a very long time. It been more than 5 years i've not taste this nasi lemak. It taste still remain the same including the way she wrap the nasi lemak. It also as famous as before. The price is worth it for it taste. Her small stall located in front of her house at Tmn Koperasi Polis ^^

The sauce for it cakoi also unique cause it use the sambal of the nasi lemak as the sauce!
